Welcome! We hope you’ll join us for a great new season of classes at the Kingston Quilt Shop, LLC!

American Sewing Guild

We have formed a chapter of the American Sewing Guild and you are welcome to join in the fun! Our neighborhood group will meet the first Friday of each month at 10 AM.

Next meetings at the Kingston Quilt Shop LLC are:
April 4: Show & Tell of fitted pattern or garment - follow-up of March’s meeting
May 2: Things to do with your serger demo/samples, Dorothy Easterday, presenter
June 6: TBD

The Kingston Quilt Shop is now forming a non- professional home longarm quilting group. The purpose for this group is to share and get new ideas about the quilting process. We will meet on the first Thursday of each month from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The group will have the support of professional help and the occasional guest speaker. French Braid Quilt Class

Instructor: Maggie Ball

Sat. June 7, 10-4:00pm $45*

Simple piecing for quick quilts with dramatic results! One great technique, a variety of different looks! Learn to use value: create glowing effects by choosing a range of graduated fabrics. Book is required, French Braid Quilts by Jane Hardy Miller, with Arlene Netten (C&T publishing 2006)

Join Cynthia Keim here Wednesdays, between 11 and 2pm. Bring whatever you’re working on, and get inspired (or motivated!) by this award winning quilt and textile artist.

"Call for Quilters and Felters"

Celebrated quilt and felting artist Cynthia Keim invites you to join her at the Kingston Quilt Shop, LLC on Wednesday of each week from about 11am to 2pm. Bring your hand or machine sewing, felting or textile project. Join in the show and tell, share in the latest innovations in products and ideas, bring a project to work on, or just listen, learn and be inspired! This is an informal gathering, free of charge; just a fun and productive way to spend a few hours in the company of friendly, artistic fellow quilters\felters. And…you're welcome to bring a lunch or snack, or enjoy a nearby café or takeout .
