Kathy is new to the Handi Quilter machines and her training allows her to represent Handi Quilter in assisting customers with the purchase of the new Sweet 16 (sit-down model), HQ16 and Avanti models. She also learned how easy the Pro-Stitcher is to use and is eager to show anyone who may be thinking computerized quilting is in their future.
Jacque, whom many of you already know as an experienced long-arm quilter and Handi Quilter representative, was excited to fill in a few gaps in the new updates in software on the Pro-Stitcher. She also received more training on maintenance of the Avanti and will continue to provide customer service, technical support and training for all these great machines.
